How it works.

We take requests for radio support before January 1st of each year. We evaluate our ability to provide radio for your event in January and notify you if we can commit by February 1st. Requests received after February 1, 2020 will be evaluated as received.  We have already completed our 2020 event requests and have notified all parties of our ability to meet their needs.

If you need event support in 2020, you may request ham radio support from us here.  We will evaluate each request as it is received. Please note: our schedule is already quite full for 2020. We will have very limited availability for additional events.
